The richness of Wildwood

The Wildwood Conservation Foundation (WCF) was established “to conserve the beauty and tranquility of Wildwood, and to use the land to nourish the physical and emotional human spirit.” In keeping with that intention, a portion of the land is dedicated to cherishing the memory of persons and pets loved by people who have visited Wildwood and understand its unique natural qualities.

If you would like to honor a loved one with a donation to Wildwood and have a marker placed in the Memorial Grove, please contact our office for details. Remains, including ashes, are not able to be accommodated in the grove, though our staff will help you identify a marker that meets your intention, budget and satisfaction.

Wildwood’s 210 acres of unspoiled forests, meadows and streams are home to deer, raccoons, hawks, and other birds and wild creatures living undisturbed in their natural habitat. Redwood groves, fir trees and giant oaks grace a magnificent landscape of rolling hills, sunny meadows and striking vistas. Wildwood is a majestic, inspiring place full of natural contrasts and variety, breath-taking beauty and simple grandeur.

To conserve the land in its rural, natural state, WCF created a conservation easement to preserve this unspoiled wilderness from development in perpetuity.

To provide a sanctuary for personal growth and transformation, WCF operates Wildwood Retreat Center, making it available to organizations, groups and families for retreats, seminars, workshops, weddings, and family reunions.

WCF is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization located in Guerneville, CA.
